Description
The Co-Writer Project aims to explore how a robot can help with the acquisition of writing. This method targets especially children to learn and improve their writing skills. This way, this research explores a new way to support writing through human-robot interaction.
With this perspective, the Co-Writer project goals are:
1. To invent a new role for robots in education,
2. To determine which modes and style of child-robot interactions maximize learning gains for students having different levels of writing skills,
3. To enhance the educational future of children with writing difficulties.
The Co-Writer Project is a collaboration project between IST/INESC-ID and EPFL.
